Fire at Home Made in Red Hook Brooklyn

Red Hook Brooklyn’s restaurant and cafe, Home/Made, was billowing black smoke yesterday around 5:00 PM (EST).

There were tens of local firemen and fire trucks blocking Van Brunt Street traffic today. While I approached, I saw the thick smoke, firemen and many local people gathering around to watch.

No one was hurt during the fire and the cafe is set to reopen as soon as possible!
